Chuyên Viên Chính Sách Công (Làm Việc Tại Q1, HCM)

- Update documentary software of incoming & outgoing Official Letters (OL) in South provinces

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly regular reports to South DICs in time

- Prepare correspondence, adhoc reports to DICs in South provinces in time

- Prepare reports, attend meetings about Inspection, Audit at Vietnamobile office and other South provinces

- Attend meetings about new, revised laws and regulations; telecoms activity summary, etc in the State Agencies in South provinces

- Prepare reports, attend meetings about Telecoms Service Quality Audit yearly in South provinces

- Responsible for Public Affair (PA) legal and regulatory fields

- Translate all OL, documents to submit to Board of Management

- Distribute yearly wish list in the State Agencies in South provinces

- Support other departments in Passive Telecommunication Infrastructure Master Plan implementation in South provinces

- Other duties and tasks are assigned according to the production and business demand of the Company

Qualifications & Experience

 University degree with major in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Technology, Society. Law is prefer.

 2-3 years experience in related field

 Can go on business and work under high pressure

Knowledge and Skills

Good interpersonal and time managerial skills

Hard-working, good team player, supportive, proactive, initiative and reliable

Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, PPT, Excel)

Own communications dealing skills

Language

Good communication skill in Vietnamese
