Mô tả công việc
- Quản lí quy trình chấm công, tính lương, bảo hiểm bắt buộc ( bảo hiểm xã hội, bảo hiểm y tế, bảo hiểm thất nghiệp), bảo hiểm tai nạn, PIT, hợp đồng lao động, cập nhật dữ liệu C&B chính xác và kịp thời.
- Thực hiện cải thiện và phát triển thủ tục, quy trình C&B và hỗ trợ cho bộ phận nhân sự
- Đảm bảo kế hoạch phúc lợi được áp dụng theo đúng luật lao động và chính sách của công ty
- Làm báo cáo C&B, trình bày phân tích, dự án C&B theo yêu cầu
- Phụ tá Hr Manager chuẩn bị và kiểm soát ngân sách của Hr
-Tham gia các sự kiện, dự án của Hr
-Thực hiện các yêu cầu khác của giám sát
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1.Tốt nghiệp ngành quản lí nhân sự, quản trị kinh doanh, Tiếng Anh và các ngành liên quan
2. Yêu cầu
- Trình độ tiếng Anh tốt ( Nói và Viết)
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Có kĩ năng phỏng vấn , chọn và đánh giá tình hình.
- Có kiến thức về luật thu nhập cá nhân, luật bảo hiểm, lao động
- Có đam mê với ngành nhân sự
3. Years of Experience:
- Experience is an advantage.

- Xe bus đưa đón từ HCM tới Biên Hòa
- Làm việc từ T2-T6 (7:30- 16:00)
