Mô tả công việc
System configuration: Update the change of system parameters demand business changes
Manage integration between eBanking/ Digital Banking systems and other systems
Corporate with vendor for development (get requirement, test, fix the complex errors)
Manage system status, system performance - Recover system in disaster cases, update patches - Clone Production environment for Test, and Training environments
Provide technical advice, support to the Support Teams and customer
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within a timely manner against SLA requirements - Communicate issues, solutions and requirements to both technical and non-technical teams as required
Responsible for the performance, integrity and security of application
Keeping management informed of trouble spots in advance before major problems occur, and proposing cost-effective solutions - Work closely with the System Analyst and Architect Teams to assist in Application related duties
Participate in written documents, applications operating procedures.
Follow Operation process and other related process within VPBank.
Other assignments assigned by CIO, Head of Center/Departmnent or Project Management (in project scope).

A - Requirement:
Experience in the Banking systems, Banking business, Payment Gateway, Service Gateway, Core Banking, Authentication Systems like RSA,OTP.
At least more (2+) years’ experience in operation for Java J2EE Platform
Having experience in operation for Unix, Linux and JVM Platform
Experience in operation of MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle - Experience in Application Backups and Disaster Recovery
Expected to have a working knowledge of programming skills. Common programs includes: ASP.net, C#, Java, Business Software Applications, Web-based technologies.
Understanding of bank business processes and constraints
B.Skill:
Can Communicate in English
Good Communication skills - including the ability to convey information to non-technical colleagues in a concise and clear way - Good at investigating and solving incident and problem skill
Can work as individual or as a team member, under stressful condition, good team work attitude
Be flexible, show initiative and respond quickly when situations change
