Mô tả công việc
1. Job Purpose
This position is responsible for attracting potential candidates to apply in the company through recruitment activities (job posting on internet, newspapers; head hunting; job fair; relationship…) in order to meet recruiting plan.
2. Accountability
- Conduct the recruiting and selecting front-office staff and back office staff from both internal and external sources including:
Prepare job advertisement, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with company’s recruitment standards and business needs;
Screen CVs, interview, test, rank, check references, and select candidates based on the job’s pre-established selection criteria and recruitment policies;
Contact candidates and arrange interview times for relevant managers and conduct interviews for officer level below;
Coordinate internal job postings and transfer programs.
- Conduct employment process, including preparing job offer materials,
- Enhance the recruitment services and quality through expand a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need;
- Coordinate in preparing HR reports;
- Join in organizing the Company activities to build up and maintain a strong - understanding and high teamwork across the Company;
- Perform other Recruitment work as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education & experience
University graduated;
> 5 years previous experience at recruitment position
Technical skills:
Basic knowledge of Vietnam Labor Code and relevant labor regulations & their application to FOEs;
Interview & Selection skills;
Negotiation skill;
Judgment skill.
Soft skills:
Strong administrative skills;
Good English skills;
Good PC skills: Excel, Word, MS office suite;
Strong interpersonal & communication skills across cultures & organization levels;
Internal interface
The position reports to Head of Recruitment
Relationship with team workers;
Key internal relationships with department heads;
External Interface
Key external relationships with recruitment agencies and candidates.
Receive assignment, instructions & under supervision;
