JOB SUMMARY:
• Develop & improve of the ongoing processes using subject matter expertise of business transformation concepts as Operational Excellence, Lean Thinking, Six Sigma & Company’s best practices
• Facilitate the identification and implementation of supply chai improvement projects, Lead and demonstrate Project and ensure all projects completed on schedule, within budget and with the desired results by clarifying project goals, specifying the needed resources, scheduling the project and assigning responsibility for completing all tasks. Monitoring and modifying the project during implementation and evaluating the success of the project.

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH/MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyze and benchmark various supply chain processes
• Ensure that supply chain processes are accurately mapped
• Identify process inefficiencies across the supply chain and take ownership for project managing process improvement solutions across their lifecycle
• Perform deep dive analysis into enterprise system deficiencies and other operational needs and recommend changes for improved performance
• Communicate complex processes and ideas to a range of technical and non-technical audiences
• Create dashboards and reports that depict supply chain performance
• Lead and facilitate meetings with internal and external clients and other stakeholders
• Identify ways in which existing tools and software can be streamlined, automated and integrated across supply chain processes; make recommendations and project manage solutions
• Design data models and perform analysis to understand patterns, trends and insights; present findings and make recommendations for improvement
• Develop tools that support existing and/or new processes
• Develop SOPs and work instructions for new and/or improved processes
• Develop training material and assist with training where required
• Research industry standards and incorporate best practices for various supply chain processes
• Monitor and follow up daily routes performance. Highlight and address issues related to below par performance, prepare and execute the corrective action plans
• Leading projects to install new program, process, route operations, adjust what we do now, and implement management processes for effective route operations and management.
• Coaching and teaching the route team to achieve high levels of customer service, good economics and effective operations through best in practice of route designing and implementation.
• Coordinate, develop and submit the annual business plans/budgets for approval, including the annual capital budget , Implement and manage the annual business plans/budgets, including the annual capital budget

Yêu cầu ứng viên
YÊU CẦU CHUNG/GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (Kinh nghiệm/Experience, Kỹ năng/Skill, Kiến thức/Knowledge, Chuyên môn/Expertise)
• Bachelors Degree, preferably in supply chain or business-related field with Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement in Supply chain operations management
• Understand forecasting methods, and inventory control procedures
• Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Management processes and functions strongly preferred
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated experience managing process improvement projects
• Deep knowledge in Lean, TPM & Six Sigma, Belts certification is preferable
• Good of standard MS office computer software especially Ms. Out look, Excel
• Familiar with internet browsers, order, and warehouse management systems…
• Good English, verbal communication and listening skills are especially important
• Reliability. On-time delivery that is thorough, accurate, and complete
• Persuasive, empathetic, able to handle conflict and pressure
