Mô tả công việc
1. Salary, Allowance, Bonus, Compensation and Benefit Design and Improvement
2. Responsible for Social, Health and Unemployment Insurance
3. Organizing, preparation and implement salary calculation procedure for company
4. Labor Contract Preparation and Management
5. Manage and implement all welfare policies for employees
6. Make labor norm, regulation and appraise criteria, performance- salary, bonus of company must suitable with labor market
7. Assist to make annual salary survey in labor market and manage the analysis reporting process application for company policy development
8. Other job related to HR

Yêu cầu ứng viên
a. Education/Certification:
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field is a minimum requirement for this position
b. Knowledge/Experience:
• Have more than 3 years experienced in HR field.
• Have knowledge about ERP will be an advantage
• Having experience working in the manufacture factory will be preferred.
c. Abilities and Skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (both English & Vietnamese).
• Being careful, honest, flexible, reliable and detailed working
• Microsoft Office (especially excel skill)
• Chinese/ Japanese ability is preferred.
