Mô tả công việc
Position: Ocean import, export department
1. Contact with coloader, carrier to get order and release to customer.
2. Follow booking and request customer loading and unloading as the cut off time as booking.
3. Request customer apply VGM, Invoice, packing list to make SI send to carrier, coloader and make HBL draft send to customer for checking.
4. Release orginal HBL to customer and collect Bill Fee.
5. Save file: HBL, MBL, Invoice, parking list, C/O (copy),....
6. Recevie Pr-alert from agent, tracing cargo in carrier's website and check arrival notice from carrier, coloader and prepare submit manifest.
7. Release arrival notice to customer and send DO to Hai phong office handle.
8. Making debit note, credit note to customer, agent, collect debts and follow all debts until finished.
9. Working all jobs under the assignment of operation manager

• Working Hours: 8 hours /day (Mon to Fri) & 4 hours/Sat
• Working Place: Hanoi
• Salary: Negotiation
• Qualification: ’Over 2 years experience as Ocean import export department
