Chinese Interpreter & Administration Specialist

- Responsible for written materials and oral translator, including but not limited to Vietnamese and Chinese translation
- Assisting in management of Vietnam factory building and operations
- Responsible for the external communication of Vietnam factory and assisted in the communication with relevant local departments
- Responsible for collecting and sorting out local policies, regulations and regulations and providing information support for the company’s decision making
- Responsible for the document management of various translated materials
- Assist in handling Vietnamese business negotiations
- Complete other work arranged as request

- Collage degree or above
- Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and Vietnamese,
- English Intermediate/ generality
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal coordination skills
- Good document processing ability, proficient in using various office software
- Careful, responsible, hard working and willing to travel on business
- Familiar with Vietnamese culture and policy is preferred
