Chinese-English Merchandiser-2 Staff (Garment Company)

1.CHINESE-ENGLISH MERCHANDISER
• Handle the translation for tech packs (ENG-CHINESE, ENG-VIETNAMESE)
• Communication work in between the merchandising dept, sample room and production team
• General merchandising work.
2. ENGLISH MERCHANDISER (for sweater department)
Job description :
• Handle the merchandising flow from development to bulk production to ensure products meet customers’ quality and budget requirements.
• Coordinate order details with overseas clients, head office and our production department.
• Manage development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements.
• Keep track of the production status to ensure on-time delivery.
• Responsible for lab dip follow up, trims’ sourcing and sample development.
• Quotation preparation.
• Conduct pre-production meeting.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
• Liaise with overseas buyer.

1.CHINESE-ENGLISH MERCHANDISER
• Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese and Vietnamese.
• Minimum 1 year or above relevant merchandising experience.
• Solid experience in sweater with manufacturing background will be an advantage.
• Cheerful, co-operative, mature, self-initiative, self-organized, responsible, detail-oriented, systematic, independent, energetic with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and meet tight timeline.
• Have good communication skills.
• Computer knowledge in MS Office including Word and Excel
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
2. ENGLISH MERCHANDISER (for sweater department)
• Minimum 2 years or above relevant merchandising experience.
• Solid experience in sweater with manufacturing background will be an advantage.
• Experience in samples development and orders follow-up, preferably for JAPAN, AUSTRALIA, USA or EEC market.
• Good negotiation skills with suppliers.
• Cheerful, co-operative, mature, self-initiative, self-organized, responsible, detail-oriented, systematic, independent, energetic with good interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical and organizational skills, flexible and detail-minded.
• Ability to work under pressure, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and meet tight timeline.
• Good command of spoken & written English and Vietnamese.
• Have good negotiation and communication skills.
• Computer knowledge in MS Office including Word and Excel
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
