Chief Technology Officer

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Chief Technology Officer who will manage Technology department operations including: maintain IT operation & develop new solution as a shared IT service hub and represent IT of SPS Vietnam to SPS Global IT with the details of job description:
• At least 3 years of senior management experience in a technology department within a consumer service or B2C technology company, ideally during period of rapid growth
• Experience in leading the development of a digital marketing, loyalty, e-commerce or mobile payment platform strongly preferred
• You will work with the Executive Management to grow the company through the use of technological resources.
• Using a proactive and practical approach, our CTO will direct all employees in the IT and the Software Development Department (SDD) to attain the company’s strategic goals established in the company’s strategic plan.
• Establish the company’s technical vision and leads all aspects of the company’s technological development.
• Directs the company’s strategic direction, development and future growth.
• Conducts research and case studies on leading edge technologies and makes determinations on the probability of implementation.

• Degree in Computer Science as advantage
• Excellent communication in English including strong writing and presentation skills
• Ability to actively communicate, inspire and motivate all levels of staff
• At least 3 years experiences in related field
• Ability to think and act strategically and proactively
• Great attitude and work ethic
