Chief of Shop (Shop Manager)

Daily Sales Monitoring
• Daily manage promoter and take care daily sales in the shop.
• Customer care, problem solving
• To co-ordinate with PIC salesman and dealer for sell-in, stock matter
Shopfront Display
• Sony Product Display, POPs, VMD, guide promoters to display to meet Sony Center Criteria.
• Propose renovation, corners need to be renewed if the furnitures are too old, under bad condition.
Product Knowledge Training for Promoters, Class Room for Customers
• Conduct products & display, customer care training at shop for promoters.
• Frequently conduct class room to train product know ledge for customers.
Daily Report
• To make daily sell-out report, customer feedback, problems... to Sales manager.
Other
• To propose, make plan and carry out sales promotion, hands-on... to attract customers.________________________________________

• Education: Bachelor degree, preferably in Sales & MKTG or Business Administration
• Experience: At least 02 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing, preferable to work as shop manager
• English: Advance
• Knowledge: General knowledge of Consumer electronic product is preferable
• Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Other requirements:
o Good communication
o Good negotiation
o PG management
o Customer service oriented
o Be able to work independently and work in weekend, holiday.
o Analytical thinking
o Reporting skill
