Chief of Operation Officer (COO)

"Participating in strategic and operational management:
- Participating in the company's strategy and business development plan;
- Implementing business strategies and supervising the implementation of relating departments;
- In charge of building and proposing to Board of Directors action plan of relating departments and implementation resolutions in order to achieve approved objectives;
- Developing, reviewing and supervising the implementation of processes, standards, economic-technical consumptions, ... relating to the company's activities;
- Contributing to the completion of the company's organizational model, organizational structure and relating work processes;
- Taking part in the construction of annual budget plan for relating departments and supervising its implementation effectively; "

"Directing the operation of relating departments to deliver orders to meet customer's requirements:
- Directing, managing, supervising the implementation of the work and resolving daily issues timely of Merchandising, IE, QC, Purchasing, Logistic, Marketing, R&D departments;
- Checking, compiling and reporting to General Manager on progress and outcome of activity implementation of relating departments weekly"

"Managing relating HR:
- Participating with HR Dept. to build a recruitment plan and arrange human resource;
- Training, coaching necessary skills for the middle managers and staff and preparing their career path development;
- Implementing recruitment plan, employee interviews and personnel arrangement for relating departments;
- Evaluating job performance and competency of the middle managers and staff of the relating departments;
- Considering and proposing salary and remuneration incentives for staff of the relating departments."

- Implementing the planning and reporting tasks as required;
- Participating in building rules, regulations of the company, corporate culture activities, initiative proposal, improvement, ...;
- Supporting other departments as needed;

Graduated from university in the field of economic, business administration or sewing technology.

"Professional knowledge:

Have knowledge of organizational operation.
Understanding technically, sewing technology and supply chain in the textile.
Understanding standards and quality management system in the textile. "

Pattern designing and maker, preparing and calculating material consumption.
Supervising processes, evaluating in coming and out going quality in the garment production.
Seeking for suppliers, purchasing, logistic and material storage.
