• Prepare overall marketing strategy
• Execute PR, advertising and media mix
• Develop and align customer experiences at all touchpoints
• Execute integrated programs that follow the buyer’s journey approach to segmentation
• Engage prospects prior to sales engagement
• Manage partners, influencers and communities
• Develop more adaptive marketing approaches
• Implement lead-to-revenue management processes that attract and nurture demand
• Support sales with account-based insights
• Align marketing metrics directly with business metrics
• Generate thought leadership to drive brand differentiation
• Use customer insight to create a customer-obsessed culture
