1.Handle fully jobs of recruitment process including: Request Analyzing, Job Description Preparation, Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Offering to on-board, Probation and Interview Exits.
2.Employer Branding Activities: Recruitment Marketing on Job Posting Websites, Fan Pages, Internal PR activities...
3.Act as HRBP on Manpower Planning (Recruitment Strategy Decision, Promotion, Rotation) and Employee Performance, Employee Surveys.
4.Update and Manage Candidate Database on SAP System, Maintain relationship with candidates.
5.Conduct all new hire orientations and assist in the preparation and scheduling of on boarding plans for new staff hires.
6.Work on report and analytic for hiring tracker, Making Job Descriptions, Update HR trends, Labor Market Reports on Salary, Benefits, Recruitment.
7.Preparing and managing labor contract for all employees
8.Processing probation evaluation, contract extending evaluation.
9.To support HR projects. Develop KPI, PMS evaluation, Headcount plan, workshop, BOM present ...
10.Controlling all documents before get signature of GD as Labor contract, PO, monthly payroll, related payment to the branch company, Business contract,.....
