Chief of Customs Clearance

- Build up logistics workflows, policies & organization of the team matching with current company status with most efficient & effective operation.
- Manage & ensure to clear customs and deliver the shipments to customers in a timely and safe manner.
- Develop and have a clear strategy in cost management without confliction among customers, vendor, and company profit.
- Analyze and update new regulation, new circulars for customer , logistics team and directors.
- Analyze and consult for customs with best solution to save cost and improve business.
- Monitor and report on customs clearance costs, manage all the customs clearance functions.
- Tracing and manage data base of daily, weekly, monthly and report to Manager.
- Represent company to work with customs department and solve problem if occur.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

- Have at least 3 years full trucking + customs operation knowledge and experience
- Deep knowledge in Vietnam Customs & Trucking process
- Excellent teamwork and leadership
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Dynamic, loyalty, teamwork, professional, detail-oriented
- Self-started, customer oriented person
