Mô tả công việc
* PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To develop and implement the company marketing and communication strategy
To ensure the development, coordination and management of student recruitment operations
To define and lead direct as well as online digital marketing campaigns nationwide to meet student recruitment targets.
* DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To define and implement a comprehensive and inclusive 360° marketing and communication plan
2. To define the appropriate budget and resources to ensure the successful implementation of above marketing and communication plan
3. To be accountable for the budget and plan execution
4. To be responsible for the recruitment, coaching & evaluation of marketing and communication staff
5. To implement appropriate reporting & BI tools, process and relevant KPIs to ensure marketing effort effectiveness as well as its cost effectiveness
6. To assist academic staff in conducting regular curriculum benchmark against competitors
7. To setup a Customer RelationShip Management System (CRM) and ensure that every single external & internal interactions are captured in a central database
8. To conduct marketing benchmarks and market studies when appropriate
* In particular but not limited to:
- Build up and maintain close relationships with relevant communication agencies and prospective schools, universities... in order to provide effective and efficient student recruitment and marketing strategies nationwide;
-Build up and maintain relationships with corporate for orientation sessions in recruitment activities;
- Lead and champion a collaborative and accountable work environment;
- Design, develop and implement annual customer service and market engagement plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders;
- Provide innovative recommendations for the continual improvement of and student accessibility to products and services;
- Plan and implement regular program information sessions with prospective students;
- Provide support during information sessions registration, institute visits, recruitment seminars and conduct institute tour;
- Handle students and parents' queries via phone, mail, online channels or face to face;
- Conduct regular follow up with prospective students;
- Provide advise with regards to admission requirements and program benefits to prospective students;
- Assist newly enrolled students with enrolment process and career options;
- Manage the development and maintenance of up-to-date information in all mediums on all courses for Student Recruitment, Marketing and other stakeholders as required;
- Lead student recruitment and annual marketing campaigns ;
- Lead online digital campaigns to build awareness and generate enquiries/leads;
- Manage student recruitment and marketing programs, including but not limited to working with high schools, international schools, education and training institutions, universities, industry, agents and organising information sessions for the purpose of generating sales;
- Perform other duties as assigned by CEO;

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role providing sales or marketing or customer service.
- Experience in business development and the project management of events and functions
- Excellent people management experience with ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
- Good command of English (both written and verbal)
- Demonstrated skills in assisting management in organizations and administration
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience working in high pressure, community and team work environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and business correspondence needs
- Experience in business development and the project management of events and functions
- Excellent people management experience with ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
- Good command of English (both written and verbal)
