A growing manufacturer based in Binh Duong is calling job applications for Chief Financial Officer.

About the Chief Financial Officer Role:
As Chief Financial Officer, you will report directly to General Director and support the top management in steering and developing the company's performance from financial perspective. You will manage the accounting team of about 10 staffs, provide coaching, directing and restructuring if needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
- Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the executive management team
- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
- Advising on long-term business and financial planning
- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders

To succeed in this position you must be a well-versed Finance Manager/Financial Controller in manufacturing industry, strong in financial planning & analysis, fluent in English communication, and able to handle pressure.

Key Requirements:
- University BA graduate in Accounting or Finance, and/or above
- Experience in manufacturing is a must
- Experience in managerial role for at least five years
- Exceptional analytical skills and strategic mindset
- Strong knowledge of statutory requirements and policy, regarding accounting and tax
- Excellent command of English is a must
