Chief Financial Officer

DESCRIPTION :
We are looking for our Chief Financial Officer for our subsidiary company based in Vietnam since 2003 (400 employees - 13M€).
Reporting to the Managing Director of the subsidiary and the Regional CFO, you will manage accounting, finance (5 people) & HR/administration (5 people) of the company and you will also be in charge of the purchase department (3 people).
Your main activities are (not exhaustive) :
- Plan, Implement, and control all financial-related activities of the company
- Cash forecast and cash management
- Manage processes for financial forecasting (3), budget (1)
- Consolidation packages to the headquarter
- Reporting monthly, quarterly and annually to the group: commercial, financial, HR, cash,…
- In charge of the Finance analysis (cost control of projects), P&L, revenue, balance sheet ,…
- Ensure effective internal controls are in place and compliance with IFRS or equivalent
- Maintain the constant up to date of local regulatory laws and rules
- Prepare the Tax and follow the local regulations
- Supervising/preparing the year-end accounting audit, as well as relation with the auditors
- Relation with all administrative authorities, as well as ensuring compliance with them
- Bank Relationship & Bank guarantees issuing
- Analysis as requested

PROFILE
This job position is based in Hanoi with frequent trips to Ho Chi Minh. Salary budget for this position up to 3500$ net per month.
Finance / Accounting Graduated, you have at least 15 years’ experience in a similar function, preferably in the construction industry.

• Good planning and organizational skills
• Credible communications and presentation skills
• Rigorous, precise and reliable, you deliver on time your key outputs
Fluent in English is required.
