Post and Telecommunication Finance Company is a non-bank credit institution, established and organized in the form of a one-member limited company with 100% equity of SOUTHEAST ASIA JOINT STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK (SeABank). Post and Telecommunication Finance Company Limited is organized and operates under the law on credit Institutions, enterprise law and other relevant laws.
Responsibilities
1. Develops financial strategies with key defined metrics that enhance and support both short and long term business goals
- Develops, monitors and evaluates overall financial strategies with executive leaders of the business with emphasis on bottom line performance, working capital and enhancing shareholder value.
- Develops finance organizational strategies and objectives for accounting and finance functions; standardizes processes and structures as appropriate.
- Analyzes financial results, risks, explains trends, variances to budget, develops future forecasts and management reporting across all lines of business
2. Secures capital and manages funding sources for current business operations; ensure adequate funds are available for expansion and acquisitions
- Manages financial capital and communicates capital requirements/ implications to business decisions to executives and Board; manages business relationships with key funding sources
- Represents the company in business activities with investment bankers and investors
3. Leads all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functional operations to maximize profitability
4. Participates as an engaged member of the institution’s executive staff and communicates effectively to the Board of Directors
5. Maintains in-depth, trusting relations with all members of the executive management team, listens to business needs and provides expertise as needed

Yêu cầu ứng viên
The successful candidate must possess significant and proven leadership experience as the CFO or senior
level finance/accounting manager of Consumer finance, Bank or Fintech Company and a Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting or Finance
- An unquestionable understanding of technical accounting knowledge is required
- 10+ years of experience in leadership across financial services
- Strong general management background with proven track record for successfully managing senior
stakeholder relationships strategic thinking, financial planning, risk management, relationship
building and project leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
