Ensure that the Hotel’s facilities, equipment, tools and devices are well operational and properly maintained.
Support other departments in activities relating to engineering and maintenance.
Give advice to ensure that any purchase or repair of hotel’s facilities, equipment and tools are cost efficient and safe for using.
Ensure that hotel’s operation is strictly bound to Vietnamese Laws on environmental protection, construction and regulations on safety. This includes but is not limited to updating GM and relevant HODs on laws and regulations, ensuring they are implemented and that required certificate and permits are obtained.
Conduct training for staff and relevant HODs on appropriate operation/utilization of equipment, tools or devices in a safe manner.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
University degree in Engineering, such as mechanics, electricity or civil construction
Minimum 3 years experienced as a Chief Engineer (total 8 to 10 years experienced in Engineering field)
Excellent English language. Knowing Vietnamese is a plus
Good understanding of hospitality.
Required soft skills: Team spirit, Enthusiastic, Computer skill, time management and organization skills
