Chief Cost Estimation (Arch & Civil) will take in charge of responsibilities as follow:
₋ Studying specification in ITB, taking off quantity from drawing.
₋ Finding out and collecting suppliers or subcontractors to get competitive quotation for bidding.
₋ Aggregating quantity and cost from other members in team.
₋ Controlling quantity and cost in Arch & Civil work.
₋ Reporting results to Korean managers
₋ Other tasks assigned by leaders.
********* Working Place: Posco E&C Vietnam's Office in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone, Phuoc Thien Ward, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province (having company bus from Ho Chi Minh, Ba Ria- Vung Tau to Nhon Trach and come back).
********* Working time: From Monday to Friday (07:30AM - 05:00PM. Wednesday: 7:30AM - 04:30PM).

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Major in Arch, Civil (College/University) or equivalent degrees;
- Experience: At least 10 years of working experience;
- Understand costs according to standards/specs well;
- Good English skills.
