Chief AccountantTop management

- Establish Accounting System including regime, policies, procedures, bookkeeping mode, forms… This system is ensured legality and supports strongly for business of Company
- Ensure legal and timely registration, declaration and submission to relevant authorities including Tax and Audit
- Monitor month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries
- Make financial reports regularly: PIT, CIT, VAT, yearly finalization and financial statements
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate payables and receivables in compliance with law and Company’s regulation
- Set up the Accounting team; assign and manage subordinates effectively
- Ensure good cash flow management and report to Directors about variation influencing on the Company financial status
- Make management reports to BOD: annual budget, cost allocation, revenue and expenditure evaluation… Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions
- For the Company benefit, liaise and work with competent organizations and authorities (Tax office, Auditors, consultancy companies and banks)
- Undertake other assignments as delegated by the Board of Directors

- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance and Audit or any related field
- Minimum of 7 years experienced in Accounting
Work experience in Financial sector is prefferable
Work experiece of issuing Corporate Bonds is prefferable
- Excellent in English and in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in law, decree, circular and relevant regulation adjusting accounting performance of Company
- Chief Accountant certificate
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Reliable and Trustworthy
- Logical approach to problem solving
