Chief Accountant (Work At An Giang) – Urgent!

ACCOUNTING DUTIES :
1. Make and review financial statements: balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow
2. Make internal reports of the next month.
3. Check, compare detailed accounting books with general accounting books.
4. Costing accounting in manufacturing company.
5. Fixed Asset, depreciation, bank, cash, inventory account.
6. Manage, check, confirm all documents related to receivable, payable transactions in compliance with regulations.
7. Manage and coach the team members.
8. Ensure that billing of goods and services accounts receivables, accounts payable, Loan, deposit are followed up and executed on a timely basis.
9. Assist client with auditing.
10. Checking all of documents before we make a payment.
11. Prepare document for tax inspection, tax finalization.
12. Support to complete some reports as request.
13. Prepare a report summarizing the balance " WIP " , Finished goods , Production cost & Cost of sales period.
14. Review VAT, VAT invoice using, PIT, CIT, FCT monthly , quarterly and yearly reports. Issue PIT receipt.
15. Deal with tax authorities, insurance department and government authorities.
16. Support to complete some reports as our request when TOP Manager request.
17. Making report to IP An Giang .
18. Contact with BBL , VCB HCM City , Tax Office HCM City (get and send document)
19. Other jobs assigned.
