Chief Accountant/ Senior Finance and Accounting Supervisor

- Financial and management accounting under Big4 golden rules, scenario analysis, and update for different countries, business optimisation models
- Dig dip into business drivers, suggest improvements in both product parameters, costs, investments budgets, tax etc.
- Analysis of benchmarks both from internal and external sources
- Set-up control environment from scratch (reconciliation, analytical checks, variance analysis actual .vs budget)
- Implement corporate governance practices and compliance controls on local level
- Liaise with country managers, manage effectiveness of local finance teams work
- Internal audit for both local accounting, tax and IFRSs, forensic procedures
- Monthly calculation of forecast and actual KPIsPro-active participation in monthly country review meetings
- Lead IT features deployment projects for several countries (new product features, LMS back-end, accounting sys integration, etc.)
- Data integrity checks of financial instruments portfolios based on vintages analysis and related provisions under IFRS9

Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business analysis
- Ability to work under limited supervision, plan and organize the work independently;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Perfect knowledge of MS Office
- Experience working with data-set analysis
- Good knowledge of English.

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Big4 - Consulting / Performance Improvement or other ACCA, CFA, CMA, CPA, DipIFR
- Understanding of consumer lending, credit underwriting, collection functions;
- Experience in business analysis including data visualisation for financial services;
- Experience in cooperation with other business functions (IT, Operations, Sales, Risk).
