We are looking for a potential candidate for position of Finance & Administration Manager/Chief Accountant, based in Long An. An attractive remuneration package and career development opportunities will be offered to the successful candidate.

Established in 1981 with a single pool pump store in Sydney, Australia, it has since become a global brand recognized for designing and manufacturing filtration and sanitization innovations for the swimming pool, spa, aquaculture, and water purification sectors.
Our Offices
The Company’s head office is in Sydney, Australia with international offices, manufacturing plants and warehouses located in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, China, US, Canada, United Kingdom and France.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparation of monthly financial statement and management reports;
• Manage day-to-day operations of Finance, Accounting, HR and Administration functions;
• Manage HR payroll, account receivable and payable;
• Cash management and working capital management;
• Provide monthly performance, expense and cost analysis for management review;
• Preparation of yearly budget and tracking of performance against budget;
• Effective maintenance and timely submission of monthly management report, variance analysis and ad-hoc reports to Head Office;
• Formulate and set up accounting process/policies and controls in accordance with Head Office and local regulatory requirements;
• Liaison with auditors, bankers, company secretary, tax authority, government departments and other relevant parties;
• Ensure compliance with Audit, Tax and local authorities;

RESPONSIBILITIES

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent;
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field with managing or supervisory capacity; experience from manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical and leadership skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication in English;
• Good computer skills in MS-Office, familiar in accounting software and ERP system;
• Possess self-initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
