Chief Accountant - Kế Toán Trưởng

- Control and maintain full set of accounting system including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet Statement, Cash book and General Ledger;

- Setting up procedure for company accounting activity

- Prepare monthly FCT, CIT and other Statutory Financial reports and ensure all the required tax reports are submitted on time.

- Ensure proper and accurate accounts reconciliation on a monthly basis.

- Review summarize and analyse collection report;

- Prepare Monthly Management Accounting Reports;

- Analyse income and expenditure, Monthly financial statements consolidation.

- Approve all recordings in the subsidiary ledgers for operational accounts.

- Complete all audit requirements, be responsible for external auditors.

- Be familiar with Vietnamese Law and Regulations.

- Prepare capital injection documents and amend company investment license.

- Perform other duties given by General Director.

- Have 5+ years of experience or more in Import-Export field (prefer candidates who have experience working at Trading Company).

- Good command of English (Speaking & Writing).

- Have good interpersonal skills and strong analytical capabilities.

- Knowledge of International and local laws, tax laws in the field of import and export.

- Procedures, processes, standards, instructions creation skills.

- Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment.

- Ability to communicate with all organizational levels.

- Have experience using ERP software

- Working time: 7.5 hours Monday to Friday (08:00-12:00 & 13:30-17:00) and 4 hours Saturday (08:00-12:00)
