Chief Accountant - Kế Toán Trưởng (Chinese)

- Double check all journal entries daily and correct them followed the VN accounting laws.
- Checking the method of inventories for calculating the production.
- Accrual all expenses at the end of monthly.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly Tax report and yearly financial report.
- Prepare monthly Opex, P&L report for B.O.D
- Supervise of accounting staffs to do tasks properly.
- Double check with monthly payroll.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software.
- Work with external Auditors during Audit period.

- Diploma of Chief Accountant
- Experience of working with accounting software
- At least 5 year experience in Chief Accountant position, used to be in garment field or production companies is an advantage.
- Can comunicate in English
- Having knowledge of all aspects of local taxation and other relevant Government authorities.
- Know well about Vietnamese acountancy standards.
- Able to grasp basics of taxation and audit requirements of Hong Kong accountancy standards.
