Chief Accountant

• The position of accountant consists of, but not limit, analyzing financial information and preparing financial reports to determine or maintain a record of assets, tax liability, or other financial activities within the company.

***Tasks
• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure
• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports.
• Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly, quarterly and year end close financial information.
• Check the payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• To calculate the production costs.
• Handle customer and employee accounts receivable, and account payable.
• Maintain files, including filing of general ledger journal vouchers, accounts payable documentation, and other miscellaneous filings;
• Secures financial information by completing data base backups;
• Maintains financial security by following internal controls;
• Collaborates with the other staff to support overall project goals and objectives.
• Responsible for the reports sent to tax (Value added tax, Withholding tax, co-operate income tax and relevant reports about tax of Head office such as transfer capital oversea) timely.
• Cross check and co-operate with tax officer to solve matters related taxation when having requirements from Tax Department such as annual finalization, finalization for many years.
• Assits to the legal audit of the financial statement of the fiscal year ended.

- University graduated major in Accounting or Finance, certified Chief Accountant.
- Experience : With at least 08 years of experience in Mechanic company or production company.
- Experience and knowledge of Finance, Tax accounting, Manufacturing costing.
- Good understanding of Vietnamese Accounting System.
- Use of office computer proficiency (Word, Excel ...) And Fast Accounting sofeware.
- Having leadership, management skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Good management skill.
- Able to work under pressure.
- There is a sense of responsibility and resolve problems quickly.
