Chief Accountant

- Build-up & manage accounting control system to ensure the accounting jobs of company in compliance with the accounting principles & government law and respond to issue financial & internal reports accurately, timely and sufficiently
- Responsible for ensuring that all accounting and tax records are properly kept, and reports and filings are done in compliance with accounting and legal regulations, standards, policies and procedures.Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records
- Prepares VAT, Company Tax Returns and Statutory Accounts for the entity as prescribed by the local authority
- Updating tax law, tax circular if change
- Responsible for full sets of accounts, month-end close reporting, quarterly forecast and yearly budget preparation
- Ensure all statutory tax, financial, accounting, management reports and filings are prepared and submitted timely and accurately to meet external and internal requirements
- Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place to protect company assets, employees and operations.

- Work with external and internal auditors to prepare audited financial statements and ensure reliability of the reports.
- Liaise with External Auditors, Tax Authority, Banks and other relevant parties
- Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow, management reporting
- Support Director in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and pricing policy
- Preparation of Annual Budgets (including Cash Flow Budget)
- Review expenses and conduct analysis of operating expenses and budget variances with supported reasons
- Monitor, act upon and report cash flow / banking activities.Ensure availability of funds to meet financing needs at most optimum costs
- Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs
- Other Assigned work (if any).

- Female , Vietnamese Nationality
- CPA or Min Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/ACCA qualification
- Have Chief Accountant Certificate
- Min 4-6 years relevant experience as auditor or/and chief accountant in finance & accounting particularly for.
- At least 2 years experience in the position of Chief Accountant
- Have experience in setting up Accounting system and team for new company
- Having experience in imported products from oversea
- Having experience in trading company
- Fluent English skills (both written and verbal)
- Have strong ownership: Organized, high responsibility, high commitment & result-oriented
- Knowledge of Vietnamese financial law including tax legislation
- Understanding of investment law (preferred)
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Work well under high pressure and strict deadlines
- Strong presentation, communication, inter-personal and reporting skills
- Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
- Good analytical thinking
- Work independently and professionally with little supervision
- Experience in maintaining full set of accounts including the monthly and yearly closing
- Able to travel abroad
