Mô tả công việc
1. Financial Strategic Planning
• Drive the company’s financial planning and implementation of financial strategies that align with the organization objectives.
• Provide strategic recommendations on long-term business and financial planning to the Board of Directors
• Offer consultancy and advice to the Board of Directors on finance and budget related matters and make proactive recommendations on changes and improvement.
2. Accounting and Tax
• Manage and lead the annual budget/ forecasting process, providing guidance and support to each department ensuring alignment with strategic plans.
• Ensure good cash flows management so that the company remains in healthy financial status at all times
• Ensure timely submission and accurate reports to relevant authorities and group finance (such as Statutory reports, Tax reports, Management and Cash flow reports to Group finance)
• Support CEO in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy
• Liaise and work with the competent organizations and authorities (Tax offices, auditors, consultancy companies, local Government authorities, banks etc.)
• Undertake other assignments as delegated by the BOD

Yêu cầu ứng viên
*MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Audit or any related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in similar role in foreign companies, experience of working at multi-international Corporation is preferable
- Excellent communication in English – both verbal and written – skills
- Chief Accountant Certificate
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
*NICE TO HAVE:
• Ability to identify risks and recommend actions
• Liaison with auditors
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm
• Self-motivated and pro-active in seeking out answers
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Logical approach to problem solving
