Chief Accountant

1. Timely Accounting Activities
- Update daily, weekly report : Input all transactions into the document form. Update cashflow chart with expenses.
- Month-end accounting activities : Report on PIT, WHT and others such as reconciliations and journal entries, depreciation table, loan repayment.
- Quarter-end accounting activities : Reports on PIT, State Bank, debt confirmation. Checking and organizing invoices in Vietnam and Singapore Branch to consolidate them to prepare for quarterly auditing.
- Mid-year accounting activities : Report on the use of labor. Submit DPI report
- Annual accounting activities : Annual Financial Statement. Report on the use of fixed assets to customs. Finalizing all transactions, invoices, PIT, CIT, contractor tax. Making loan support contract, report on loan extension to State Bank.
2. Document filing
- Loan and repayments, keeping bank documents, VAT invoices, general ledgers etc.
- Inventory statement, raw material purchasing and product sales statement by kind, partners
- Cost analysis of goods and products
- Generate financial reports and general ledgers to report Managers.
- Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective and feasible solutions.

- Salary: Fixed by USD converted into VND (Commensurate with qualifications)

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or relevant majors
- Possession of Chief Accountant Certificate is a must
- 5 years or more experience in chief accountant position with extensive knowledge and experience in Vietnamese Accounting Standard(VAS) and International(IFRS). Previous career at multinational companies in international and/or domestic trading field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel-level high) and ERP (SAP or Oracle)
- Proficiency in English (TOEIC over 700 or IELTS 6.0 over is priority) to extent to explain accounts and accounting issues in English with accuracy
