Chief Accountant

- Responsible for all activities in Accounting in front of company and authorities department.Control, supervise all issues related to Accounting anh Finance fields, evaluate subordinates ability.
- Check and analyses detailed costs and financial situation of factory in order to suggest of improving costs. Well control and understood company’s financial situations. Timely report to General Director regarding to assignment works of accounting. Follow anh resolve arising issues as General Director’s instruction.
- Arrange staff to complete and allocate costs,record data of statistics into forms as norms, policies of Vietnam accounting system Ensure all company’s costs information, records, reports,calculation methods are sufficient, accurate and on time.
- Arrange and supervise statistics, evaluate fix assets, tools- equipment, cash,finished products,goods. Basing on the result of statistics, evaluate the using and controlling capital, correct the mistakes on time (if any).
- Ensuring the confidential requirements of the economy- finance information.
- Responsible for controlling purchaser, contact suppliers of oversea via emails, check and supervise order goods, ensure to provide sufficient stocks as requirement with good quality and best price.
- Responsible for communicating and working with authorities department: tax, planning and investment, Custom.
- Update law,policies, regulation related to Tax, Accounting and Finance to General Director, Complete other assigned works as instruction of General Director.

- University degree
- Experience 3-5 years in the same position
- Salary :Negotiation.
- CV’s requirements: Bilingual or English
