JOB PURPOSE
To provide a high quality accounting and financial management service covering all areas of operations, ensure that appropriate systems and financial controls are maintained, and produce timely and accurate management accounts, financial statements and reports.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and supervise all activities of accounting department, including on management over 75 branches of CJ CGV VN, manage accounting team with 35 staffs.
Set up and lead Treasury team to perform and monitor daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly cash flow report as well as participate in negotiation of short term and long term loan. Monitor the signed loan agreement process.
Ensure compliance in term of accounting and tax.
Ensure the financial stability of the company.
Ensure the FS is provided timely and accurately in accordance with IFRS/VAS.
Develop and train the team of 35 staffs.
Support and assist CFO for all matters relating to planning, strategy advice, IT control environment enhancement and purchasing. Supporting for making policy of the company (together with HR & Internal Control departments).
Building and maintaining the strong relationship with Government authority such as Tax, Customs, DPI and State Bank.

Education background
Master or University Bachelor’s Degree in finance and accounting fields. CPA/ACCA certificate is preferable.
Working Experience & Competencies
Language: fluency in Vietnamese and English communications.
Possesses 3 years’ experience at the same position with at least 8 years’ working in finance and accounting areas.
Must have the ability to understand, analyze and produce suitable management information to validate and highlight the strengths, weaknesses and nuances of the individual business lines to make the most from them and to ensure that implementing change enhances the whole business.
Capable of demonstrating up to date technical financial reporting knowledge including in-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).Strong finance system skills including advanced MS Office skills.
Excellent communication skills, with ability to think clearly and broadly.
Strong client relationship skills.
Strong analytical skills.
