Mô tả công việc
1. Prepare and ensure all accounting transaction in the Misa system is accurately and submit on time to holding Company.
2. Ensure all daily journal entries: (Expenses, Sales, Assets, Liabilities, calculate depreciation, Prepayment, Deposit and etc) which is accurately and compliance with government laws.
3. Calculating Cost of Goods Sold according to BOM and reporting Profit or loss for each item.
4. Preparing the Financial Statements: Manufacturing, Income Statements, Balance Sheet, and analysis on time.
5. Reviewing monthly report: VAT, CIT, PIT with current tax laws. Calculating and checking the VAT tax refund report.
6. Prepare a cash flow forecast report.
7. Prepare statistics report and submit online.
8. Review sales and purchasing of red invoice report.
9. Prepare voucher of salary and fixed assets for operating of Misa software.
10. Prepare and submit online the red invoice quantity report to the Tax department.
11. Approval for petty cash voucher.
12. Checking payment online to local suppliers & oversee suppliers.
13. Liaise with auditors and Tax officials
14. Update the law and inform Directors if necessary

- Graduated from college in Accounting majors.
- Communicate in English.
- 3 - 4 years in the same position.
- Knowledge in Account.
- Well, negotiation & communication skills. Able to solve the problem and well manage.
- Honest, dynamic and meticulous.
- Workplace: Binh Duong
