Chief Accountant

‒ Responsible for planning, organizing and directing all aspects of the accounting department including controls and reports, budgets and forecasts, payments and investment
‒ Ensure the compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and company procedures as well as the accuracy of all information and data
‒ Implement the related monthly, periodical reports, tax declarations and tax issue resolutions such as VAT, FCT, PIT, CIT, etc. as required
‒ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and cost analysis report
‒ Responsible for cash management, execute payroll calculation and payments to vendors, employees and Vietnamese authorities
‒ Handle all tax matters, liaise with internal departments and external parties such as banks, auditors, tax authorities and relevant government organizations related to finance and accounting matters
‒ Establish, monitor and implement with team the SAP system and ensure its smooth running
‒ Train, coach and develop local accounting team
‒ Assist General Director in corporate planning, provide financial proposals and work closely together with European HQ
‒ Other special tasks assigned by the Business Controller and General Director

‒ University Graduate with major in Finance or Accounting
‒ Have Chief Accountant Certificate, holder of ACCA or CPA is preferred
‒ At least 7 years work experience in international manufacturing companies, preferably with European investors
‒ Strong knowledge in financial analysis, accounting principles, systems, manufacturing processes and procedures
‒ Preferably with experience in controlling function of A/P, A/R and billing, inventory management as well as finance management to include insurance, sales analysis and pricing
‒ Up to date knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards and Vietnamese laws and regulations related to accounting work and tax issues
‒ Must have: experience in implementing SAP system
‒ Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Internet, Accounting Software)
‒ English proficiency in speaking, reading and writing
‒ Strong leadership, analytical and organization skills, high level of professionalism and integrity, good communication and interpersonal skills
‒ A good team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure whenever necessary
‒ Male or female with pleasant personality, must be above 30 years of age
