Mô tả công việc
- Manage all daily accounting transaction
- Control accounting system and work with ERP team to fix system errors;
- Manage/ guide staff on printing & filing documents, arrange & assign tasks (if need)
- Make sure compliance with regulation and group policies
- Monthly transactions: check stocks movement reports, Bank reconciliation, Sales report, Tax reports, Allocation of prepaid expenses.
- Assist Finance manager in monthly books closing to meet deadlines.
- Work with auditor for yearend financial reporting, dealing with tax department on taxation finalization, tax refund…
- Asist finance manager on doing: sales management reports, sales analysis, projection forecast…
- Other tasks assigned by GD, Finance manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in accounting/Finance
- Comprehensive knowledge in accounting and tax, experience in dealing with tax department.
- Experience in working with auditors.
- Computer skills: Good at Word, Excel, power point
- Knowledge of ERP is plus
- At least 8 years working experience in accounting as General Accountant, and chief accountant.
- Can be communication in English.
- Hard working, Honesty, Self-responsibility.
- Good coordination / communication with other people
- Experience in FMCG is refer.
- Comprehensive knowledge in accounting and tax, experience in dealing with tax department.
- Experience in working with auditors.
