JOB DESCRIPTION
• To support the process of foreign bank’s new branch.
• Financial accounting
- To ensure GL integrity by review posting and co-ordinate with other departments to identify any unusual transactions in GL
- To review and check payment, ensuring cost is well controlled and efficiently supports business growth.
- To control and utilize cash flow for operation and Prudential ratios on banking operation
- To prepare financial statements under VAS and IFRS
- To review frequent financial statements to Group, Board of directors and State Bank of Vietnam
- Assets management
- To work with internal audit, external audit, Parent bank.
• Compliance and Tax
- To review compliance reports to State bank of Vietnam
- To prepare and review compliance reports as required by Parent bank
- Tax declaration: to ensure complete, accurate and timely submission of tax reports (PIT, VAT, WHT, CIT,…)
• Management accounting
- To analyze data based on business requirements.
- To analyze investment projects (capital expenditure)
- To analyze efficiency of the bank operating expenses
• Training and guiding staff for internal needs
• To take part in the bank’s projects by giving financial advices on GL set-up, mapping Chart of account, compliance with tax and other regulations and financial feasibility of the projects
• Other duties assigned by Managers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Education: Bachelor or higher degree in Accounting, Banking
• Chief Accountant Certificate
• At least 3 years professional experience in banking field. Strong and proven accounting background,
• Strong leadership skills, proven ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Understanding of legislative and regulations governing the preparation of statutory accounts
• Ability to understand and comply with complex financial agreements
• Professional confident and work with integrity
• In CV, need details about your working description and achievement in your previous career
• Fluent English; Korean is an advantage
