Chief Accountant

We’re looking for an experienced Chief Accountant who has drive and passion to grow our business in Vietnam.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage all accounting and HR operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, G/L, Fixed Assets management, Cost Accounting, Payroll, PIT, Social Insurance.
- Maintain the accounting system and ensure accuracy of General Ledger to Vietnam Accounting Standard.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain control of contracts/creditors.
- Analyze monthly performance and prepare annual budgets.
- Prepare accurate and timely tax filings and reports. Maintain good relationships with government authorities.
- Ensure statutory compliance, including updates required by tax law/circulars.
- Coordinate the annual audit activities.
- Recommend process improvements.
- Report directly to the General Manager.


Boncafé offers an international work environment. The salary offered is negotiable up to $850 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications. The package includes 13th month bonus, private health insurance and other benefits.

You should have the following skills and attributes:
- At least 10 years of experience in accounting/finance, including experience as Chief Accountant (foreign company preferred)
- A university qualification in accounting
- Familiar with Vietnamese law / regulations
- Chief Accountant Certificate and ACCA / CPA membership is preferred
- English and Vietnamese language (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of MISA and Excel
