Chief Accountant

1. Organizing, Managing and taking responsibility for total accounting functions:
- Ensure accounting books and records transparent & compliance with the VAS and regulations of Ministry of Finance.
- Managing account receivable.
- Checking daily & monthly financial reports, expenditure analysis, cost & income accounting reports.
- Establish procedure, accounting manual to accounting works.

2. Managing the tax and regulatory reporting activities for the Vietnamese authorizes office ensuring compliance with all regulatory tax and statutory reporting requirements within Vietnam.

3. Managing and maintain the relationships with third parties such as Tax Officers, Banks, Tax Consultant & Auditor.

4. Set up accounting guideline and system
- Setting up for new office in Vietnam. Making the internal accounting guideline, accounting procedure for accountants.

5. Supporting to management decision making & settle general issue of Company.

- University Graduated (Accounting/Finance/Auditing)
- Chief Accountant Certificate is a plus
- At least 3 year experience in FMCG inustry
- Good understanding about accounting principles
- Good at Microsoft Office Skill
- Good at English (Oral, Writing skills)
- Good teamwork skill
- Honest, careful, fast-learner
- Positive attitude, high pressure capacity
