Chief Accountant

1. Maintaining, managing the Finance – Accounting system
2. Daily checking, controlling sales/expenses
3. Managing AR, AP, advance payment
4. Controlling cash/bank payment, making monthly cash report
5. Making tax report (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT)
6. In charge of preparing payroll and insurance for staffs
7. Working with tax department and auditor for yearly audited financial report
8. Other tasks assigned by Director

1. Bachelor degree in accounting
2. Chief accountant certificate
3. At least 5 – year experience as Chief Accountant/ General Accountant, experience in Construction and Real estate field is preferable
4. Well spoken & written English, understanding English spoken or written by non-native speaker
5. Proficiency in computer skills and accounting software
6. Strong communication and organizational skills
