Chief Accountant

Job Description
• Preparation and submission of the periodic statutory and management accounts in accordance with VAS and IFRS, including performing the closing procedures for the monthly and year-end financial reports
• Preparation of the annual budget
• Preparation of the periodic management reports/analysis and initial draft board presentations for the holding company and shareholders
• Preparation and submission of the corporate tax and indirect tax filings in timely manner
• Perform the daily data entry in relation to invoicing and payment processing for Payroll, Accounts Receivable and Account Payable
• Manage the financing requirements and documentation
• All other ad hoc analysis and reports that may be reasonably requested by the company and its shareholders
• Liaise with the shareholders, tax agents, external auditors, legal advisory, lenders and other parties as required to perform the above functions

• University degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant fields
• Chief Accountant certificate
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Good in time management & multiple task management & committed to the deadline even tight deadline
• Good leadership skill and well manage the accounting team
