Chief Accountant

* Working hours: From Monday to Friday (8.00AM to 5.00PM).
* Working address: Golden Sand Resort & Spa, Au Co Street, Cua Dai Ward, Quang Nam Province.
* Salary: From 25 – 35 million Viet Nam Dong.

- Manage and supervise all activities related to accounting, accounting, tax reporting to ensure the maintenance of an effective accounting system in accordance with the Company's regulations, accounting ordinances, current accounting standards;
- Develop and update/improve policies, regulations/regulations, and work processes/instructions related to accounting management;
- Organize the direction of inventory, accurate evaluation of fixed assets, tools, capital, from inventory results, assess the situation of use and management of capital as well as promptly detect cases Making wrong principles of financial and accounting management to ensure the management of assets and capital to avoid losses;
- Responsible for audit activities, tax finalization, accounting activities of the company related to other external organizations;
- Perform fully and on time the company's audit, accounting and settlement reports according to the current regime;
- Monitoring, processing and checking periodic statistical accounting reports of the companies in charge to better serve the management;
- Organize the inspection and review of the Company's economic contracts to protect the Company's interests;
- Monitoring the process of cash collection and payment, bank transfer, debt management, cost management in accordance with the Company's regulations; timely fulfillment of budget obligations and other financial obligations of the whole Company in accordance with the provisions of the State to ensure the effective operation of the system and compliance with the law;
- Analyzing accounting information and data; advise and propose solutions to the Company's management and economic and financial decisions;
- To advise the Board of Directors, to advise and support other Departments and Member Companies in the field assigned to them;
- Monitoring the process of cash collection and payment, bank transfer, debt management, cost management in accordance with the Company's regulations; timely fulfillment of budget obligations and other financial obligations of the whole Company in accordance with the provisions of the state to ensure the effective operation of the system and compliance with the law.
- Analyzing accounting information and data; advise and propose solutions to the Company's management and economic and financial decisions.
- To advise the Board of Directors, to advise and support other Departments and Member Companies in the field assigned to them.
- Report statistics of financial indicators of enterprises according to the statistical law; provide documents and accounting records when required.
- Arranging and balancing cash flow for the whole operation.
- Work with the Bank to complete loan applications, disbursement and participate in project evaluation activities, financial proof.
- Researching and updating the State's regulations on finance and accounting, disseminating regulations to the whole Company with specific regulations and documents so that individuals and units can strictly comply with them.
- Perform other arising tasks assigned by management.
- Coordinate with Human Resource Department to recruit, plan and implement training and development programs for employees to improve their professional and technical qualifications to meet the requirements. assigned work.

- Having Bachelor degree, major in Finance and Accounting (regular);
- Having accounting certificates: CPA (Certified Public Accountants);
- At least 4 years of experience as chief accountant in Real Estate, Construction, and Finance.
- Proficient in the current accounting regime and tax;

* Reference (Experience): Previous experience in architecture regarding hospitality, real estate sector and so on.
* Language: Both English and Vietnamese (both Oral and Writing).
