Mô tả công việc
Management and operating accounting department
Be in charge of daily accounting tasks such as payments, office expenses, … and record transactions to accounting software
Take care of month - end tasks: payroll, cash request for the month, fixed assets register, balance reconciliation with customers/ vendors.
Prepare full package of financial report: Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow
Following, handling funds report
Following and updating Fixed Assets, Infrastructures.
Following daily expenses (cash & transfer)
Preparing monthly, quarterly, yearly Tax Report, tax refund, tax finalization.
Making internal monthly report about company finance status
Planning cost and estimating the budget
Making all reports required by CEO
Perform other duties as assigned by Managers

Female, 30-35 years old
Collegue / bachelor’s degree in finance/Accounting or Relating fields
At least 5 years of experience in relevant fields.
Use Microsoft Office fluently
Honest, reliable and dependable, hardworking, persistent, attention to detailed. Good at analyzing, connecting, synthesizing and forecasting economic & financial information/situation.
Be able to work under high pressure
Have ability to perform multitask
Eager to learn, being enthusiastic
Collegue / bachelor’s degree in finance/Accounting or Relating fields
At least 5 years of experience in relevant fields.
