Chief Accountant

- Direct and monitor all accounting & cost activities to ensure that the company’s financial resources managed in accordance with Vietnam Accounting Standard and comply with all relevant laws and HEINEKEN regulations.
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, G/L, Inventory/Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Manage payments & accounting of expenditures the company & to ensure the payments properly are manage according to company policies & government regulation.
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly operating expenses, manufacturing cost, implement effective budgeting and control/optimize costs by analyzing/ forecast/advice..) for partners/other departments.
- Responsible for financial statements (including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and cost analysis report).
- Responsible for driving month end closing process (posting, submission and reporting) to ensure accounts are closed on time and accurate
- Control Asset management (asset inspection, monitoring, tools and inventory, etc.) as well as lead for stock count team quarterly, yearly in brewery.
- Responsible for control all tax report, other required reports are submitted accurately and on time
- Handle both internal & external audits, tax authorities and other relevant parties.
- Coordinate with other departments for consolidating of annual budget, regular forecast, control cost to align/under budgeted.
- Identify and measure financial risks, establish and deploy policies, controls and mitigating actions, in order to achieve an optimal balance between risk and return.
- Check, give legal opinions, risk for payment term of the contracts by company going sign.
- Lead and develop team ensure to fulfill competence for accounting operations and requirements.

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and Chief Accountant Certificate as well as (CAP - Certified Public Accountants, ACCA - Association of Chartered Certified Accountants…) certificates are preferable.
- Five or more years of experience on Chief accountant position in FMCG/Foreign Manufacturing companies.
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Solid proficiency with Microsoft office particularly Excel, Accounting systems/Software (Oracle JDE systems preferred)
- Good ability to synthesize analysis, clear reports and excellent in problem solving.
- Honest, trustworthy, meticulous, careful.
- High responsibility, adapt with changes fast and work under high pressure.
- Excellent knowledge of Vietnamese tax and accounting law and statutory reporting required
- Knowledge in manufacturing Accounting/& Cost experience.
