Chief Accountant

• Manage and operate the Accounting Department, assign work, supervise the implementation in accordance with the company
• Check and approve daily collection and spending needs.
• Organizing the cost accounting and reporting in accordance with the Accounting Law.
• Annual financial plan of the Company on the basis of the approved production and business plan and annual investment plan to determine the capital need for production and business activities.
• Analyze, evaluate, advise and propose plans for mobilization of legal capital sources to meet the demand for capital for business operation and investment of the Company, development orientation in the field Company's financial statement.
• Advising and proposing measures to improve the efficiency and use of capital for the General Director.
• Evaluate and analyze the performance of each unit of production and business.
• Prepare and send financial reports, tax reports, statistical reports, other types of reports according to State regulations, the Group.
• Working with external agencies: taxation, auditing, banking...

* Job Requirement:
• The ability to make and summarize following reports:
- Annual audit report.
- Monthly/ Quarterly tax report.
- Monthly financial report.
- Group report (month, quarter, year).
- Loan application (quarterly or upon request).
• 3 – 5 years working as Chief Accountant and Manager.
• CPA Certificate (or in learning course) and experiences related to garment (or same industry) in large-scale multinational companies are preferred.
• Chief Accountant Certificate and good English skills are mandatory.
• Analysis and interpersonal skills and carefulness.
• Management and problem-solving skills.
