Chief Accountant

1.Monthly financial reporting to CFO
2. Cash flow controlling.
3. Month/Yearly budget
4. Working with auditor for preparing yearly auditing report for corporate finance purpose as well as statutory reporting purpose.
5. Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and company procedures. Assures compliance with federal, state, local and corporate policies, regulations and laws.
6. Manage factory income and expenditure and bank balance; Review all payments before submitting to get approval of CFO.
7. Establish costing system and assist management on data analysis to improve operating efficiency and productivity.
8. Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
9. Financial analysis and report to company management for decision making.
9. Keep track attendance record and calculating monthly payroll on time and accurately.
10. Control Company’s fixed assets and current assets. Organizing fixed assets and stock take periodically to ensure consistence of physical count and ledger figure.
12. Responsible for all taxes obligations.
13. Support the Company’s mission, vision, values and goals in the performance of daily activities.
14. Develop and implement various accounting procedures
15. Work auditors during financial and operational audits.
16. Maintain system of accounts and keep records on all company transactions and assets.
17. Report, analyze, and ensure integrity of all financial information.
18. Get updated latest information in laws and regulations and assist management with professional advice.

1. University graduate in Account and good command in English. Associate member of International Accounting professional is preferable
2. 5 years experience at least 3 years or above in managerial grade; Working in export orientation manufacturing base for 1-2 K workers.
3. Full knowledge in Vietnam accounting standard and tax law.
4. Good communication skill with authority.
5. Chief Accountant Certificate is required
6. Experience in new factory set up is an advantage.
7. CV in english is requirement
