Chief Accountant

IWA is growing our Ho Chi Minh City's team and we are looking for a Chief Accountant to join us. We are a dynamic digital solutions company, employing 60+ people at our offices in Vietnam, Finland, Thailand, and Abu Dhabi.

Job duties include:

Managing payroll, send payslips and pay salaries
Oversee our time management and vacation system (Koho), audit monthly vacation and working hours
Make contracts with employees
Make invoice estimate cost for parent company in Finland.
Finish Budget, bank and cash on hand file: final month
Finish P&L + Balance from previous month for Group reporting
Fill Cash book and cash on hand file weekly
Import invoice and bank statement to Misa
Tax report and P+L file: final month
Report sent to: tax, investment & planning department, statistics, labor department/month
Work with Auditor
Balance Benefit, CIT, PIT/quateral
Make Insurance Social for employees
Work with Bank to process other transaction

University degree
Excellent communication skills
Chief Accountant Certificate

Outstanding time-management skills a must. Fluency in English language (written, oral, comprehension) as well as Vietnamese is necessary to be successful in this role.

Experience working in Vietnam in an accounting role and knowledge of Vietnamese accounting and business laws and processes required.
