Mô tả công việc
- Manage all activities related to finance and accounting.
- Manage, check, monitor staffs and operations of the accounting department.
- Manage accounting systems, accounting books, invoices - business vouchers.
- Check bank balance. Check, compare, balance, close accounting books.
- Check General Ledger (GL) and perform journal entries to close accounting books at the end of each month.
- Oversee Account Payables (AP) and Account Receivables (AR).
- Prepare - present financial statements, balance sheet and profit and loss.
- Check & finalize VAT, PIT, SI.
- Contact, work, report to state agencies as Tax office, BIZA, SI …
- Work with consultants, auditors on accounting and tax matters.
- Work with departments about matters related to accounting issue.
- Update tax law, tax circular if any.
- Advise BOD on the control of financial activities.
- Report to BOD periodically.
- Report to Singapore accountants on accounting matters.
- Report to BOD/ Riverbank Group Finance Manager.
- Perform other tasks required by BOD.
Workplace: KCN Mỹ Xuân A, phường Mỹ Xuân, thị xã Phú Mỹ, tỉnh Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from University with majors in Finance - Accounting or relevant field.
- Prefer candidates having work experience in trading & manufacturing companies especially in chemical field.
- English: Good at 4 skills.
- Use accounting software & office computer (word, excel, powerpoint …).
- At least 6-year experience in similar position.
- Good knowledge on current regulations about tax, accounting.
- Good in skills of communication, people management, problem solving, leadership, …
