Chief Accountant

Job Responsibility includes but not limited to:
1. Responsible for financial budget
1.1 Collect & Prepare annual budget
1.2 Make sure Monthly fund in place.
2. Responsible for all transactions process
2.1 According to accounting &Tax regulations and Company policy, check all invoices, make sure reasonable、legal、truth and complete approval.
2.2 Process the payment application timely.
2.3 Responsible for cash & bank safety
2.4 Daily cash flow maintain.
3. Responsible for month-end closing process
3.1 According to the accounting & Tax regulations and company policy, timely、correctly complete book keeping in accounting software. Tracking ledger balance and reported any abnormal.
3.2 Prepare monthly/quarterly/Annual financial reports and analysis reports.
3.3 Back up all necessary Accounting documentation & Reports.
4. Responsible for Tax compliance and Tax reporting
4.1 Coordinate timely and accurate tax reporting, filing.
4.2 Overall compliance in the area of direct and indirect taxation. Proactively monitor business, tax and other regional specific opportunities to optimize value for the Company.
5. Responsible for Audit
5.1 Prepare the necessary documents for internal and external audit.
5.2 Improve internal process and avoid tax risk.
6. Responsible for Company fix asset management.
7. Responsible for company’s certification maintain/upgrade/revision.
8. Other task arranged by top management.

Skills and Qualifications
 Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting and Auditing areas
 3 years and above accountant experience
 Good Microsoft Excel, word and accounting software.
 Good English spoken and written;
 High responsibility, team spirit, integrity and loyal.
 Understanding of foreign investment and trade finance regulations.
