Chief Accountant

- Organize and administer the Accounting Department in accordance with the business organization and development of the Company and the provisions of the Accounting Law;
- Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc.
- Be responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.
- Be responsible for PIT, CIT & Internal/external Audit.
- Make financial statement, Profit/Los, cash flow reports.
- Work with Audit Company/ Tax Office & other functional units;
- Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to BOD (Board of Directors).
- Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
- Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
- Inspect and supervise financial revenues and expenditures, collection and payment obligation and debt clearance, the management and use of assets and asset-forming sources;
- Reconcile monthly data in 2 systems: Fast & Elvis
- Update new law and regulation on tax for General Director, CFO and holdings in Korea.
- Other tasks as requested from General Director & CFO

- Graduated from University, with major of finance
- Experience: At least 5 years in general acc or chief accountant especial in Logistic field.
- Must have a Chief Accountant Certificate.
- English fluently, good at computer
- Can manage and supervise work well
- Enthusiastic, active, responsible for work
- Can work under pressure and independently
